Cancellation Policy
For any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will move into processing, and modifications may no longer be possible. If a cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are still unsatisfied within 60 days, you may return the item under our money-back guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Joovvy will provide a free shipping label for returns within the contiguous United States minus a restocking fee.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging to prevent damage. Items are considered damaged if they are defective or physically broken. Minor dents or scuffs on packaging that do not affect the product’s condition are not classified as damage.
